Dr. Victor Morgan is an author, and a dynamic preacher and teacher.  He has a unique ability to bring forth profound revelation knowledge from the Word of God. In 1973, Dr. Morgan’s life was drastically transformed at the age of seventeen by the power of God under the ministry of the late Bishop C.D. Kinsey in Jacksonville, Florida. He was installed in ministry under the oversight of Bishop Kinsey, which proved to be a tremendous blessing in the fulfillment of God’s destiny for his life. Dr. Morgan graduated from Edward Waters College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in 1978. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity degree in 1981 from the Interdenominational Theological Center Seminary located in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Morgan received a Doctorate of Theology degree from Zoe University in Jacksonville, Florida. He has served as a full-time Chaplin in the prison system of the state of Florida. He and his family returned to the State of Florida after pastoring  in Alliance, Ohio. Currently, Dr. Morgan is the founder and pastor of Victorious Living Fellowship Church in Orlando, Florida with his wife,  Paula who serves as co-pastor.

Pastor Paula is also a native of Jacksonville, Florida where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Edward Waters College in 1978, followed by 7 years of teaching experience. Currently, she serves in full-time ministry as co-pastor, director of the Women’s Ministry and director of Christian Education. Paula is a powerful and passionate preacher of God’s Word.  She has a strong desire to see the women of God develop into all that God has called them to be.   She continues to touch the lives of many with the message of hope and love in Jesus Christ.

Victor and Paula have two adult children and 4 grandchildren.
